Video/DVD Search & Request
To search for videos and DVDs you will need to use the NLU Book Catalog. To request a video or DVD you will need to fill out a Video/DVD request form which is located below (do not use the request button found on the NLU Book Catalog). Students are not allowed to check out NLU videos or DVDs. However, students may call 847-947-5515 and request to view a video or DVD at one of the NLU Campus Libraries.

SEARCH NLU BOOK CATALOG FOR VIDEOS & DVDs
Click on link above and use the "Quick Limit" to search for "Audio/Visual" materials. You can search by Any Word Anywhere, Subject, Title, or Author to find the video(s). Once you have found the video(s) and/or DVDs you are searching for, click on the Video/DVD Request Form below. Students are not allowed to check out NLU videos or DVDs. However, they may call 847-947-5515 to request a video and/or DVDs to be sent to one of the NLU campuses to view.

VIDEO/DVD REQUEST FORM
Follow the guidelines below before submitting request form:
- The NLU video/DVD collection is for educational purposes.
- Only NLU faculty may check out videos and DVDs. To request a video or DVD for classroom use, please fill out the request form below.
- NLU students may request and view videos and DVDs in the Library only. Students who need a video or DVD for classroom use must ask the instructor to check out it for them.
- Videos and DVDs may be checked out to faculty for two weeks. To renew videos or DVDs, call the Wheeling Campus Library at 1-800-443-5522, x5515.
- Up to 5 videos may be ordered on one form. If you need to order more than 5 videos/DVDs, additional forms may be submitted.
- Forms may be submitted in print or electronic format.
- If using the online form, please specify telephone number, college, department and e-mail, so that our staff can contact you if there is any question.
- Please complete each form by filling in all boxes. Incomplete forms may delay the processing of your request.
