Fred is responsible for overseeing all NCE collaborations with area schools and districts and coordinates the activities in the School-College Relations Office that foster positive working relations with our partners schools and districts. He assists those partnering schools and school districts wishing to create a more comprehensive professional development model that provides both degree and non-degree continuing education for pre-service and in-service teachers. He oversees all Clinical Placement experiences in the National College of Education for Early Childhood Education, Middle Level Education, Secondary Education, and Special Education. He works with department chairs and faculty to insure that students engaged in either teacher observations or student teaching have excellent and diverse learning experiences that meet the highest expectations of the profession.

Florence is the primary liaison for students in the Elementary programs. She coordinates the placement of student teachers for their field experience with our cooperating schools. She maintains the database for Elementary, Early Childhood and Special Education to track down applications and placement confirmations from schools where the students will meet University and state requirements to become certified teachers. She works with the Program Coordinator in assigning supervisors and handling voucher assignments to the cooperating teachers.

Bonnie oversees records to verify completion of program prerequisites prior to the practicum or student teaching field experience. She is responsible for assuring that quality standards are maintained in Elementary, Early Childhood, Special Education and Secondary Education by students before beginning a Clinical Placement. She also assigns advisors for on-campus graduate students. The coordinator builds and maintains databases to track student eligibility and to facilitate class scheduling. She works as a team member seeking appropriate placements for all eligible applicants.

Rachelle is the primary liason for the Secondary teacher processing and placement. She coordinates the placement of student teachers with over 300 schools and districts in addition to which she maintains a database of the Secondary student teacher candidates for each term. A continual part of her work involves communication with Secondary students in order to assist them in their student teaching application process and to facilitate student teaching placements. She works with the entire Clinical Placement team and collaborates with faculty to further elucidate and advance the student teaching placement process.
