If you are only interested in taking courses for professional development, you are not required to submit an Admissions application. Contact the Registrar's Office for additional information.
When you begin a new application, you may have the choice of two terms. Select the current term (see term definitions below). The past term is only an option to give those that started an application during that term the opportunity to complete it. This term information is used for Admission processing purposes only. You will be asked in the application which term you plan to actually start.
Fall Term: September 1st to December 31st
Winter Term: January 1st to March 31st
Spring Term: April 1st to June 30th
Summer Term: July 1st to August 31st
Once you begin the online application process, you may save and return to an incomplete application. However, when the term changes, applications for an old term not completed within a week of the new term will be purged. (For example, an application started for the Spring term will be purged after July 7th if not completed.)
To log back into your application, use the Login ID and PIN you will be asked to create. (The Login ID will be case sensitive.) If you forget your PIN, e-mail us and provide the answer to the security question you are asked in the application. Once we receive this security word, we can e-mail your PIN to you.
Once you have completed the application, you must click the Submit Application button on the main checklist of your application. (It will look like the button shown below). Until you do so, your application has not been submitted and cannot be processed.
Once you have submitted an application, you may log back in at any time to track its status. Although you can view status immediately, please be aware it may take up to two weeks for an evaluator to review your application after you initially submit it. The outstanding items shown may not be accurate until then.

 | | List any previous names used. When transcripts and other items are received, we need to match them to your application. Knowing all names that might identify these as yours will help us do this faster. |

| | | List all prior colleges attended. National-Louis University requires official transcripts from all institutions you have ever attended, regardless of whether credit appears on other transcripts or was used towards a degree. (This includes any coursework taken at a community college or course work taken after a degree was awarded.) |

 | | Do not create a second application to pay your $40 application fee by credit card. If your application has already been submitted, you can pay the fee over the phone by calling (800) 443-5522, ext. 5151. |
